couldn’t decide a name I was just gonna say they don’t start by holding the clutch...
@erikdutter25165 жыл бұрын
Neither one of you are right. I can tell y'all don't ride much if any at all. There's usually a clutch safety on newer bike's. My 2018 magician has one. It's actually so that you can't turn the engine over while in gear. But all old bikes don't have this feature. You can squeeze the clutch in and start them right up. The older bikes had a compression release button you pushed where you kick start it after the warm up. Also called a hot start, but it releases some of the compression from the cylinder so the recoil doesn't literally throw you over the handle bars. And the clutch lever had absolutely NOTHING to do with compression. It doesn't make it any harder it any easier to kick start.
@mas23635 жыл бұрын

@Scuffed Streamers The engine mounts should be fine. I find it usually the smaller things that the bolts get loose on. I would locktite any bolt that would impair drivability while riding. Sprocket bolts for sure. Kick start mechanism there is to much to name them all especially without a picture in front of an engine in front of me.

My brother and I have pushed it to it's absolute limit in every way we could come up with and it's still running. Granted I have swapped out some parts because it's gone down about 8-9 times but it still rides. Thread locker is a must, and I have rewired the bike because factory wiring didn't last. MedicMagic did u not know that 😂😂 its to let the engine break in or it gets blown up
@DerekChavez115 жыл бұрын
Emma Pringle that’s mostly with 2 strokes.. it’s good for 4 strokes to have a little break in but shit I’ve always rebuilt em and Ripped em never blown one up had 27 bikes so far

Normally 2 strokes?! Of course 4ts need heat cycles and running in! Don't matter what engine you have, you need to have heat and cold sessions to wear the rings in. And then run it in for an hour to seat the bottom end in. Then it needs to be spanked! I have a Welsh pit bike race 140(tallest they make), and my 6.5, 16stone mate could barely kick it. I still can't kick it like the one in the vid. Do it properly and you get max compression and a more powerful engine than one that hasn't had sessions and a run in.

does it have a VIN? If so what is the 3rd digit? I want to know if it can be made street legal. Thanks!
