you’re literally doing the Lord’s Work Graham, some of us really didn’t have ANYONE to tell us or explain these things (matter fact my mom is VERY anti credit cards-we were immigrants), and especially since a lot of us at this age are already struggling with ourselves, social life, building a career, the outside world, relationships, etc, nevermind mental or emotional issues, it all gets to be a lot. so having someone just say “literally do this, this and this and you’re off to a great start” omg bless you 😭❤️❤️❤️

Something I’ve realized is that getting a dog in my 20’s has made it quite difficult to save. I thought it would just be the cost of food - no - vet bills, food that provides proper nutrition, treats, boarding costs when we’re away, hotel fees if she comes with us, monthly pet fees to rent our apartment… it all costs a lot more than I ever expected to ensure they're properly cared for. I love my dog and wouldn’t trade her for the world 😊 But it’s definitely something to consider as I know a lot more young people are adopting animals and we don't want them to end up abandoned or neglected.
