3. Strengthen 4 key muscle combinations (most muscles need to be strengthened in combinations, not alone)
4. And stretch the 4 tight muscle groups that pull you out of a healthy position
Most upper body issues like neck pain, upper back pain, arm pain, and shoulder problems are causes by the same musculoskeletal issues that create bad posture.
