To improve forward head posture &/or rounded shoulders once and for all, you need to address all of the "Fundamental Four".
You need to ...
1. Understand and correct the causes (without this you'll never succeed)
2. Mobilise all 4 areas of common restriction (most people miss this)
3. Strengthen 4 key muscle combinations (most muscles need to be strengthened in combinations, not alone)
4. And stretch the 4 tight muscle groups that pull you out of a healthy position
Most upper body issues like neck pain, upper back pain, arm pain, and shoulder problems are causes by the same musculoskeletal issues that create bad posture. So if you address all four of these issues you can improve your posture and musculoskeletal health at the same time. I have a lot of people contact me for help, so I have created a NEW program.

At 5 years old I was in an automobile accident that caused skeletal issues. Then in high school, I spent four years compounding that issue with competitive rifle shooting (think Olympics competition), a highly asymettric sport. Then, additional injuries, including a bicycle accident. The "root of all evil" was around T1-T2. I worked with two doctors to develop a regime to where I finally was able to tweak the spine very subtly at T1-T2, and everything is unraveling. The two doctors are a soft-tissue specialist that works on stretching, and a pain management specialists that provides minimal Rx (oxycodone and tizanidine) that allows me to disconnect my brain from "protecting" myself while I have been performing my part of the regime. Two very interesting side-effects has been that this unraveling has opened up my sinuses where I can actually feel a difference and the parallax for my eyes have changes (needing a new Rx). Finding the correct progam/regime is key to resolving these types of issues.
