I used to overthink so much and care so much about stuff that I didn't really have much control over, it gave me so much stress that it has genuinely made me physically ill. detaching from all this has really helped me so much and this video has really helped me understand the problems a lot more 🍇

literally same, this sounds like me a few years ago 😭 i was literally living life in anxiety mode, worrying about every little action, statement or mess up, i could never take things lightly, i'm so glad you're doing better and have detached from this, i'm so glad this helped u! 🍇

Exactly, as an overthinker myself, the Inside Out 2 movie was a perfect depiction of what goes on in my head many times.

It’s genuinely so funny how you read my entire personality like a book. I cannot thank you enough for making these videos! I’m only a teen but I really didn’t know what I was doing wrong and I could never tell. Luckily I stumbled across your channel and your videos are so hilariously accurate!! I overthink and yap A LOT!!! Watching these videos really helps me on how to tackle these small issues! Thanks sooo much Christina!! 😊

I'm really grateful for your videos, especially this one. I have the worst habit of overthinking people's intentions and reactions to even the simplest of actions I do. Please continue helping people, much love! 🖤

This was very helpful. Will definitely have to save this to go back to it later when I will inevitably overthink yet again.

Hi Christina, I do love watching your videos, I believe you make a lot of good points, however this is not it. I dont know what neighbourhood you live in where all men are like this, but i have always given my all when someone else would. In fact that's the only thing that helps me fall deeply, in addition to the other person's character, strength, their goals and aspirations. As good men, we will love someone that feel like a safe space, we will respect and cherish whatever brings us happiness and we will show gratitude in the form of actions, and it should go both ways. I am confident in who I am, my appearance, and my direction in life. I have options. But i don't practice them when i meet someone that genuinely cares about me and there's some level of attraction. Please don't buy into this rhetoric, this is the same shit those guys that treat you like this adopts, but the male version, especially if they have options.
