Soul Train was a whole vibe itself. The dancers did bits and pieces of the dances we were actually doing at clubs and parties but they mostly freestyled and created their own dances and dance moves.

I was like 5 or 6 watching this Era of Soul Train but I was fascinated with the different cultures, clothes and let's be real everybody couldn't dance but it didn't matter just do your thing to be camera and get noticed.

The 80s is when it started to get weird. The guys werent as clean and the girls were all over the place but stiff at the same time 😂 By the mid 90s it was not the same at all. The earlier eras 70s and older were the best to me and I'm an 80s baby.
