That struck a chord with me. I worked as a medic at Rockingham Raceway for a few years. It's (very short lived) heyday was already done and it was only really being used for the odd low key events, thrills days or testing. Very sad to see the stands all empty and already condemned and the whole place was like a ghost town but from very recent times Thanks for this Steve, as usual a great video, well executed

It also had a large car boot/ market on the week ends. One of my mates who is in a high position in the Derby motorcycle club, would have been called hells angels in the past used to go to the Bulldog bash every year.

Hi from sunny Jersey Steve. Good one that, those beds were actually York 4 stretchers from an ambulance, I know that from my early days in the service 1980's or there abouts.

My aunty lived in Pebworth, which is nearby, for years. She used to get free tickets for all the events there. Bulldog bash, (i was there when Eddie Kidd had his accident) Phoenix festival, Global gathering etc. The old Birmingham - Cheltenham Railway line runs behind it (locally called the Greenway) and is accessible from those houses, where you parked. Also, there was a Skip hire company on that site and Allegedly, they buried Blue Asbestos on there.

Thank you. Yes we walked the railway path to get there.

Another easy 18 mins on the x-trainer. Another great video, looking like a Coalville Roddy Piper with the shades on, almost a Rare Rob cameo, he needs to be reading a poem at the end or something! Not quite the same but similar was "The American adventure" next to Shipley Park standing their desolate, and now all made into housing estates.
