@nicklewis876 Жыл бұрын
There’s definitely a middle ground. “Lift free weights and go heavy” followed by “don’t hurt yourself” is pretty conflicting for 90% of lifters who are beginners and will very easily injure themselves by “going heavy on free weights” without the understanding.

Mike is a MASTER LEVEL training expert. The man has been training consistently for decades (with no major injuries)and has the physique to show for it. It doesn’t matter if he secretly takes steroids or not, you don’t develop a physique like THAT without extreme dedication and hard work. I know plenty of guys that compete that don’t look anything close to what Mike does …and these guys that I know blast gear year round. Training properly is so undervalued these days. Yeah but it unquestionably creates at least body dysmorphia and I would argue it creates a sort of dysgenics where "my genetics are so inferior to mike that maybe I should end my line for the good of humanity."

He gets a hard time because he acts like everybody is stupid for thinking he's on steroids. It would be fine if he just denied it, but to say some stupid shit like "what would be the point?" after being asked if he's on TRT is just ridiculous.
