Doesn’t matter what he’s on or what he takes the key factor here is hard work and dedication mixed with diet... while some of you sit here hating this man has made millions off his body! A low dose of steroids is why he can blow up so quick from 240s to nearly 300 while maintaining a lean physique.

The guy started working out as a teenager. He didn't start working out at 52. If you train naturally you'll keep your muscle for life. He uses test boosters which raise testosterone greatly. Not quite the same as roids, but definitely have some similar properties. Most people retain size on test boosters or creatine. The guys on steroids always lose it after a while.

Both creatine and test boosters work. Inexperienced people like yourself tell lies, and you don't even know you're lying because you've been training for a year and you think you know it all. Do not understand those that irritate themselves to listen and/or watch Mike O'Hearn if they do not like him - personally, I think he completely great with tremendous knowledge of fitness, diet, exercise, and rest. I recently (at 6 foot 2) went from 260 pounds to 270. I made hella gains, got all my cardio in and look better, it's kinda funny. I do plan to shred it down again, but I honestly don't think i'll ever ever be like 200 pounds or whatever they expect diced people to be

It’s easy to say you can eat a ton of carbs when cutting when you have tren on your side. But for all the real nattys cutting carbs and upping protein and lowering calories is what will get you naturally shredded

I agree, I had to cut carbs and go on a keto diet do to my blood sugar levels being pre diabetic. But ever since I've cut out the carbs Iost 50 pounds in 5 months and have been getting ripped and fit. People say fats make you fat. Not true at all alot of sugar is what makes you fat. Burger, fries, sodas, cake, donuts, pizza all tha junk is horrible amounts of carbs that can make you diabetic.

I’m confused on the philosophy here. I hear “keep up the carbs” and “keep calories high” then on the 30-day blitz there are fasting days and very low carbs. After those 30-days then how do you maintain that with such low carbs and fasting days? Maybe I’m missing something just wanted to know what others thought?

@@EssDubz That's cool, doesn't work for everyone. But There's more to it than that though. I do a 50/50 0% fat greek Yogurt, 0% Fat Cottage with sweetener, then add in no sugar added Jam. 250 Calories Huge serving. Like a fruit on the bottom Yogurt. Then theres the Flatout protien wrap. You can make all kinds of things with these. Pizza, Anchilata wraps, with either ham or chicken inside, depending on what sauce you want to use. There's 0% fat Cheeses. I usually divide my days into 4x 500 calorie meals when cutting. Each meal I get a huge wrap and a huge pudding. My problem is night time eating not morning, So I will wait 2 hours before I eat my first meal. Then eat the first 3 meals 4 hours apart after that. Then I will wait till almost bed time before my last meal usually 4 hours or so after meal 3. So I don't binge at night. I've been cutting consistently since doing it this way. Anyway you gotta figure out what works for you! Good Luck!

Building muscle and losing fat is almost impossible to do unless you're new to working out. If your body is accustomed to working it's not happening. Hard to cut fat at a surplus and hard to build muscle at a deficit.

Y'all don't have a clue. I've been lifting for 22 years. I had people imply I was using steriods long before I ever started. Mike has been lifting since he was like 9 or so. Hard steady years of work pays off. Plus he has sorta rare genetics. Those two factors alone are why he is better than most of the weight lifting world. Add in other major factors like he knows nutrition and sticks to healthy diets. Y'all put all that effort into it then you will get good results. You might not be able to reverse grip bench 415 like Mike, but there are plenty of people who win shows that can't do that. A 40 year gym lifter who has competed and won several bodybuilder shows in the amateur classes once told me you can take 225 pounds and build a house.

Same here. I'd say you think I'm steroid big? 5'9" 165 and as strong as I could get naturally. Bench 340, Squated 585. In the military. Never seen a steroid. Still haven't at 58. I was gifted with arms genetically so yeah people would say steroids lol. When you're 25, two hours in the gym 6 days a week since age 14? I benched 285 at 132 bodyweight as a junior in high school in 1978. Steroids? I believe Mike O'Hearn is on something not recognized as "legal" and idgaf. If he wants to prove he isn't to shut everyone up he can easily. He can have USADA test him every month for 8 months and put it on YT. If he shrinks like Kali atrophy then yeah but if he doesn't it would be a watershed moment all over KZbin and the fitness industry. Imagine his cred and the increase in revenue, followers and fame. @@sgtrock2821 I get what your saying, but even if Mike did all that, there would still be excuses from certain people with the 'defeated' mentality. They would just claim the tests were rigged, or the show was fake, fake doctors, etc. There would always be some excuse. Before his death, Rich Piana who didn't mind revealing how much he used steriods himself, made a video on YT addressing the Mike Ohearn steriod conspiracy since him and Mike were friends. Rich said he didn't know for sure if Mike used them, but he said Mike doesn't have a couple of the obvious signs of steriod use like 'road map' vascularity, and the bloated midsection. Both side effects of heavy doses. Personally, I don't care. I use a small dose of test (1ml every 10 days) along with a cleaner diet during the summer months only. I do this to rebuild myself from the cooler months of eating whatever I want, plus the cleaner more healthy diet helps me better deal with the miserable summer heat and humidity here in AL. I do not use testosterone year round. I just don't think it's healthy to use continually.

@Demon King Google the name Louis Cyr. This man lived long before steriods were ever developed. Mike is nowhere near as strong as this man was. Genetics does play a big role, but so does hard work and persistence.

@Demon King my point is Cyr was a rare occurrence of gentics and hard work. Yes, they look completely different but the principal is still the same. Some people are just blessed with good genetics and the will and drive to take advantage of it. I know several guys who spend thousands a year on steroids. They bust ass in the gym, diets are impeccable, and still don't have near the strength as Cyr, or the physique as Mike. I believe Mike's life long obsession with bodybuilding is the main reason he is in the shape he is. He is constantly searching for better, more efficient ways of improving. Most people who go to the gym start out balls to the wall when they are young and single. Then, slowly but surely life happens and they fall away. Even the ones who manage to stick with it most of the time go to just maintain. Mike is constantly trying to improve. It's his livelihood. His career. His obsession.

@Demon King my body fat ranges from 15-20% depending on how I eat. I have no difference in strength either way. However, I have noticed it harder to keep my body fat lower and take 1ml of test every 10 days without a fairly strict diet. It is a lot easier to get to 15% body fat without the testosterone. If Mike was taking large amounts of testosterone, it would be extremely difficult for him to maintain low body fat like he does. Of course, he could take something like Trenbolon or Winstrol that is very good for cutting and gaining size, but then he would have 'road map' vascularity which he does not. If he were taking a large amount of steriods like Tren or Winstrol, and dieting like he does, he would be way leaner than he is now. Plus he would have vascularity showing everywhere.

Let me help this and solve the riddle. If you're destroying yourseld or whatever workimg hard etc and you're maintaince is 3500 BUT here is the but. You get all your protien carbs fat etc etc BUT here we go again with but. You have used more calories WITHOUT having the need to drop your calories other than work your ass off to burn them without having the need to cut them. Your body won't freak out as much and will be forced to use the stored fat lipids whilw maintaining the muscle mass because it thinks it is battling in the Cold War when really it's battling some manmade material to grow and get bigger. That's the riddle.

Here’s the thing I’ve never understood. If I am fat with a big belly, why can’t I eat in a deficit with loads of protein and still put on muscle? Why doesn’t my body just take the fat of my body for the energy it needs whilst it’s building new muscle with the protein I’m eating?

It will if you are on a good amount of gear. As a natty you will just lose muscle and store more fat trying this. Gear makes every stage of building a physique so much easier.

i am using mass tech extreme 2000. 2270 calories and 80g of protein per serving. i am 60kg 5'7 in height. should i follow the recomended serving or i will reduce it?

Excellent explanation thanks you make my laugh 😀 that it was the explanation that want hear . Do that I lost from 210 to 177 🏃‍♂️ and diet deficit.. Know I what to build muscle a be lean . The most of the guys who I know they put on weight when the gym shut down in this lockdown So we got more fat Do we need to diet and cut down to lose fat Or just working out and and gain muscle and keep that fat what we had already And then cut down afterwards If anyone had any information it will be useful Thank you
