Mortarion stabbed Bobby G with the Godblight virus which melted him and his armor. While Bobby G was melting, Jimmy Space (Big E) was like : NO SUN, and basically possessed Rowboat Gorrillaman while also reconstructing him and his armor down to a molecular level. After the possessed Bobby G got resurrected he proceeded to bitch slap Morty and his grandaddy so hard that it even destroyed his lush plague gardens inside the warp. Amazing writing from one of the latest releases, Dark Imperium: Godblight by Guy Haley.

Casting psychic stink on eldar must be the ultimate troll move. The Emperor in Warhammer setting is a background character, thus he can get away with having enough power to make a party of power fantasy mary sues go blush. Characters that are protagonists or villains usually have 1 thing they are good at. Palpatine or a Crimson Demon like Yunyun's dad is a very good wizard that can easily demolish a mountain with a gesture, but they aren't that good at fisticuffs. Superman or Heman are great physical fighters. This is because if they are good at everything, than there is no challange in beating the bad guys, so the hero needs a strength and weakness. It is not a fault, but rather a strength in writing, allowing you to care about the hero. The kryptonite puts weight on Superman's battle with Lex Luthor because it now has stakes, for example. Now the Emperor just walked into the superhero power store and said : YES. He is basically maxed out as a warrior, a wizard, and a scientist and leader as well. This isn't a problem because he is, no matter how important in lore, is a background character that isn't the protagonist we usually see. He doesn't really need to be imperilable because he is never really in the story as the main protagonist. Another good example in the 7th or 8th edition codex is that the Emperor is what keeps the Warp from swallowing up the universe. An older book, eye of Terror, says that the warp is comparable to an ocean, and the multiverse to a shoal of bubbles atop it. So the Emperor literally makes Earth the center of the Universe in his setting, as it is the only thing that keeps said universe from becoming engulfed in , well, laymen terms, is Hell. The Emperor was also one of those shadowy puppeteer figures, he seldom used his powers in Warhammer lore, and usually did it in a minimalistic manner. As to his origins, he was a super psychic born in 9000 BC. He also may have been genetically engineered (after all, crazy scientists experiment on themselves) during the Dark age of Technology. Tl,dr, the Emperor is a background character, more like a force of nature than a protagonist, so he is a different beast.

Once, during the last years of the Heresy, Horus and Mortarion met This was before Mortarion turned into a daemon prince It was to discuss the attack plans against Terra and Mortarion questioned why not just rush there with all the forces available and break Terra by force Then Horus said "Do you have any idea of His power? of what He's capable of? Even if we were to face him together we wouldn't have the strength to oppose him" Explaining why Horus spent so much time and resources to empower himself while debilitating the Emperor, it was the only way of leveling up the battleground

Often reading the siege of Terra novels and the horus heresy series it is mind blowing the extent to which Horus does every possible depraved thing he can to gain an advantage because he genuinely knows that without every advantage he has no chance. I find it funny where Abaddon regularly is frustrated why they are using chaos to help them invade, as if him and his fellow traitor legions as they were during the great crusade would be enough to cripple Terra.. which is a fucking joke lol If it wasn't for istvaan, magnus fucking the seals of the webway and all the warp fuckery, the rebellion would have died before they got anywhere close to Terra. Honestly if Magnus would have not done what he did the rebellion would have been crushed.

@@tizianoisidoro9868 in fairness old lore made it look like the reason for the end of the battle was the Emperor holding love for Horus even after what he had done and his complete disregard for a human life (Ollianus) being what pushed Him to forget about it to kill Horus for good But the HH novels have gone to paint Horus on both a more pathetic and yet tragic light, with how Horus lost himself more and more as the Heresy went on (splicing his own soul into pieces to get power from each God in exchange for a piece) which in turn had the side effects of him losing the respect of several of his brothers and underlings as Lorgar, Perturabo, Alpharius and finally Abaddon lost their faith on him as he became more and more dependent on chaos (or his lack of true faith on it in Lorgar's case)

An important aspect to 40k is the mystery of the Emperor. No one knows how old he is for certain, no one knows his name (not even an alias or anything), no one knows his full strength, no one even knows for sure what he looks or sounds like because everyone would see him differently and no one knows if its even him sitting on the golden throne.

Cool lore fact: We haven’t been told his name, but a big mystery in universe was, following the heresy, where did Constantine Valdor go? Well, he actually spent this 10,000 years searching for the emperor’s true name, and if his recent lore tells us anything, it’s that he’s preparing for some end-game level stuff. (There are theories he’s turned against the imperium, but I don’t believe that for a second)

Definitions of a "God": 1. the perfect and all-powerful spirit or being that is worshipped as the one who created and rules the universe. Does not apply since the Emperor didn't create or rule the entire universe. 2. A superhuman being or spirit worshiped as having power over nature or human fortunes. Technically doesn't apply even though the Emperor CAN do those things. 3. a nebulous powerful force imagined to be responsible for one's fate. Sort of applies...but not really. 4. an omnipotent all-powerful being that is wholly good and without mortal limits. Doesn't apply since the Emperor let the heresy happen and got injured. The astronomican also has a range. Looking at these definitions, the Emperor is not really a god...but compared to anything else in the 40k universe, he is about as close as one could be to a god.

The emperor could very well have evolved into a being with truely god like power because of the worship and faith of ordinary people. Scaling the emperor is borderline impossible because he literally has thousands of hax, scaling his raw power doesn't mean much, like, goku is stronger than him and faster than him but the emperor can literally predict the entire fight and goku's every move decades before the fight starts, and what's stopping him from imagining that goku's heart explodes? Or taking over goku's mind for that matter? What would stop the emperor from placing his soul inside Superman's body, destroying clark's soul in the process?

not really impossible as the video does a fine job cataloging the various hax he would have. his raw ap and sped yes are pretty low but with his precognition and his hax you know the things that dont caleto ap and speed he would just erase goku and superman zero diff , due to stuff like this many places will have magnus or the emperor as the strongest solar system characters

Don't listen to Parrots 40k videos they are not considering the actual lore of 40k, just the statements. Because he is taking all statements seriously he is blinded to its hypocrisy and how his version doesn't work with the actual 40k story. I suggest either reading the books yourself or find several lore channels and see which interpretations makes more sense. Personally, Parrot interpretation just doesn't make any sense to the actual story. Infinite power is infinite no matter how you slice it and the setting just cannot work any if any of the entities actually had such power. There would be no struggle nor would there be a universe to begin with.

He doesn't need to be in his body to heal it, so there really is no point for him to not just restore his flesh. Emps can literally create living avatars like the one named revelation, able to be his flesh puppet which he can also channel his power into, also does not need him to focus on it since it can act autonomously. I think it's just his sorcerous might is just unexplored in lore, that is why we don't get to see him use it in a lot of practical ways, chaos sorcerers are restoring their bodies left and right but he can't, seems sus. Beings like Magnus and Emps don't suffer the consequences of astral projecting or outright leaving their mortal forms, the body is just a meat suit for them since they can live in their true forms as pure energy. Now, there really is no point for him to heal himself, sorcery or not, because he will still be forced to sit on the throne.

I just have a few questions if you want Without the warp or if the warp is sealed, How powerful is the Emperor of Mankind? How many of these abilities would be useless without it? And the one part is even with all of these powers, can you explain how in numerous circumstances where he was outsmarted and almost killed by lesser beings or just medium-level beings? Examples are the orc of Ullanor strangling him that he almost died (which still happen despite him showing the power in front of Horus) and that it took all of his powers and even then is struggling against the orc, being snuck up on by a daemon that is Drachn'yen and being fucked over by Horus and not even looking into it at the slightest, his bullshittery of handling his sons and of the weirdest and trickery of all is him predicting a Horus heresy scenario but not adding or predicting Chaos to the equation when he has been battling them all at once and the fact that he cannot even see the future that him being a douchebag and an f-ckery of a father will just lead to the heresy and worst of all Chaos and a shitty empire to boot along with heretic idiots? And what is more damning is that a majority of these scenarios does not even need the warp or precognition thing to be solved, even a human can make these scenarios and learn of ways on how to deal with them, in wars and even the simple things like child caring, (this guy is literally Jesus in this universe or is it a lie like so many stories that have been either canon or not, ironically he is more of an antichrist rather than Christ himself with what he is doing), we have done with theories and pretty much everything and we are still learning and finding ways onto this vast and big universe that is even becoming bigger as it is expanding. And Drachnyen upon death wiping out the human race? What? How is that possible? Humanity has long existed without gods and demons of the warp and the gods weren't even that old and Drachnyen, yes is a very a powerful one that he is independent, can be killed as he is still beholden to the warp, and they are not concepts, they just represent concepts but are not concepts themselves, and if that were the case, the Eldar gods and others that were created from sentient beings would never have died from the catastrophe that was the Eldar demise. And the Astronomicon lighting up the entire galaxy and moving through the universe? Again What? if that was the case, Macharius would not have any problems at all with his navigators and yet they have, meaning that the light of the Astronomicon is not really that big and Macharius really wanted to conquer more worlds and the imperium has a million worlds, not even billions, and even then, they do not even conquer half or even the entirety of the universe or even galaxy, a galaxy alone contains billions of planets and more as the universe is expanding every day, so the idea of the Imperium conquering or even controlling a part of the galaxy is hogwash and b-llshit as they only have a smidge of it, not even a smidge mind you, a bacteria is what I see along with the chaos gods that are not even gods, this was even backed up by Sir. Abnett in an interview and you may pull the excuse of canons and all, this has been very consistent with the themes of gods of the warp and that is without us, there will be no them, no chaos gods, we shape them through our actions and in that is the greatest tragedy for chaos gods as they themselves are not even truly free or beyond our imagination as they are our imaginations manifested. And also as last one, why add so many powers and abilities of psykers especially him and yet do not even use them in times of need, this is also part of what I was saying in the precognition power of the Emperor and very flawed if you think and add more and more. I can add more but I think this is enough, I do not really want to get into the last church as this is becoming longer, that was a fedora moment for the Emperor ahahhahahaha. I was once a believer of the Emperor and his power through videos like these and 40k in general but as time goes by and with more research into him as I got interested in 40k, I am starting to doubt it all and in some parts that are really just a moment "What? This doesn't make any sense", the wanking and all of it and the overall, I am just exhausted at this point. So sorry for my rant and grievances here, you can just ignore it if you want.
