The Accountability Factor: How Young Men Can Change the Game in Academics and Life

In the video above, I got the opportunity to speak with a group of junior high and high school students about accountability.
My main message to them was very simple: you can’t effectively hold other people accountable until you first hold yourself accountable. Personal accountability is essential and necessary, and being accountable to ourselves to our dreams, our goals and our personal development provides us a greater chance of these things becoming a reality.
