What I love about this is that although the subject is those with ADHD, so many of the tips and points are beneficial for those who do not work with it!

Found the point around interviewing very interesting. Companies recognise that they want to hire candidates with diverse skills / strengths but they typically use the same application process (forms!) to recruit candidates. Having different processes for different roles within the same company is not something I've seen yet.

ADHD is something that very few of us are unaffected by these days - the challenge is actually recognising it. These conversations are so important. 👏🏻
