Excellent tips, I’d like to add to the first one about who/what/how much content you consume and just say please verify people are what they say they are- mental health professionals, nutritionists, educators, etc. Misinformation is at such a high, and there’s a lot of people posting just to post. Also working on perfectionism/ people pleasing and every time I say no or am more honest I feel SO proud but damn it’s hard.
