I know time and tide wait for no man but what happened to his teeth? They used to be brilliantly white, but now look like he's a 40 a day man with no tooth brush. That said, I feel very, very strongly that the The Adventures, like Talk Talk, were criminally underrated. Such brilliantly crafted songs deserved far better chart success. I know that the general music listening public aren’t the most sophisticated (with their penchant for ‘catchy’ tunes over substance) but even so, surely even they can hear the magnificence of these compositions. If this band had found enough commercial success, as they truly deserved, we could have had a lot more great songs like this from them. It really, and genuinely, is a crying shame that lack of sales disbanded them.

some of the comments here about Terrys appearance have really annoyed and upset me. having had the pleasure and privilege to have played bass behind him many times I can tell you that he still has more life in him and talent in his little finger than you lot can ever dream about. it's very easy to sit in the comfort of your home and slag off somebodies appearance- a little bit harder to get up in front of people and do what he does. a little bit of respect would be nice? and by the way Terry, pat and the mchughs this is a brilliant rendition of an even more brilliant pop song. keep rocking ter and ignore the comments of idiots who will never experience what you have done and can only dream about it

Richard, I delete comments if they are Nasty / Sexist / Real Smartarse, etc, but the majority for "Broken Land 2018" praise the Singing and the Song (a Real Classic)And so what if he looks older, it comes to us all (if we Live long enough!)

Richard, as long as Terry is healthy, that's all that matters. I have to admit I was taken back by this at first because all one really sees are the videos from the 80s and then this, so it looks very dramatic. But his voice is still exceptionally strong and this rendition of a classic is incredible.
