She was dismissed. She wanted to stay in the band. The rest of the band said they didn't want her to do double duty and dismissed her. This is the best song I've heard from the Agonist since Prisoners. Almost makes me want to go check out the rest of the album. But having heard the other videos they've put out since Alissa left says I shouldn't waste my time. Everything else I've heard is generic and watered down. This reminds me of their first 3 albums.
