The problem with this, is you can't outreach properly by saying :" hey I can do x,y&z". You're forced to pick a service by sometimes assuming a need if you're not too familiar with the niche you're trying to get into. Si yeah I get it that chatbots are not evrything but it IS something you discover byspeaking to your clients but AT the start you don't have clients and you need to bé somewhat sure about your service delivery

Just a question, for having zapier automations as a service, do I ask my clients for their apps and softwares log in details to build their zaps on my account or I teach them how they can put that on zapier itself and give me access to their zapier account to conect the apps?

+1 I’m also not sure what is the best approach. You can build on your own account then export and teach them how to set it up, but I don’t think this is scalable. Most advice I’ve seen recommends you ask them for a login and password, but it also feels like a lot of friction and requires trust.
