Hey in this mechanism carbon is the nucleophile attacking, is there any case when the Enol oxygen acts as the nucleophile and when and why so ?

Actually that cannot ever happen ,cause negative charge on O atom is more stable than A negative charge on C atom.. this means that C (with a negative charge) is more REACTIVE than O ( with a negative charge) ... Thus always whenever there is a chance of attack through C or O .......C attacks always.
