Also it’s a relieved for both of you to be back home and your parents must be delighted . Since you stayed in PHL for 7 months during lockdown , & your back in Portugal , it will be nice if you can show the place where Magellan was born. Ferdinand Magellan is Portuguese, but he was sent by King Philip of Spain , & discovered Phillipines on 1521 thru Cebu City.

This is the perfect spot for you both to escape, relax and spend time with family. My hubby and I had the opportunity to explore a little of the Algarve back in 2008 as our first international trip together. We stayed in Albufeira and visited the quaint towns of Silves, Lagos, Cape St Vincent & Sagres. My favorite was the beaches and rock formations at Lagos! Have a great time exploring!

Hello Chris and Carol! Glad to see your latest video in Portugal. According to our late grandfather, his father was a portuguese, a Fonseca.. i'm just wondering how come i didn't inherit our great grandfather's portuguese features? Hehehe.. By the way, our great grandmother was a genuine ilocana ( a filipina from La Union, a province in the northern part of the Philippines). So our grandfather was half filipino, half portuguese. 🥰
