For PC lag: if your talking about lag FPS wise its most likely VSYNC. I have a very good computer and was getting 20-30 frames before turning off vsync and 80-300 after. Look up how to turn off vsync for Fallout 76. Its pretty easy just changing a 1 to a 0 in the files. also, if you do that and you have a good computer, as SuperSharkey mentioned in the chat; your fps can get too high and the game freezes you in place to keep the timing synced. You can also fix this by locking your FPS through your graphic card settings. I locked mine at 100 and it never happened again.

i believe to access it you need to complete the main quest! they have the best armor & underarmor there also look out for minerva every other week bc she sells what they have but for less gold but very hit or miss with her.

I think Xbox has always had the edge as far as performance 😢 next best bet is PC but maybe drop your FPS.
