@@kanoaikawach no, he REALLY shouldn't do that. Fat is better than sugar on the long run, although he should consume both wisely. To gain weight he should have a calorie surplus but also work out to create muscle. Consuming high amounts of sugar would most likely lead to 1) Type 2 diabetes 2) cardiovascular issues 3) All sorts of behavioural problems (sugar high consequences) one big problem being addiction and constant tiredness. 4) Quick weight gain (which would be mainly fat) 5) Teeth decay by caries (caused by a bacteria called streptococcus mutans but encouraged by sugar consumption because sugar is free food for the bacteria to spread) And that's the only ones I can list now.
