EXCELLENT VIDEO AND STILL SHOTS. In reality, how much would this cost to move in currently, similarly tricked out all said and done? I am relocating in May from the North East. Are there any lots open or opening by than and how is their community in Mint Hill?

It depends on the location. In this location (Enclave at massey), this home is currently selling for slightly above $900k. Their community in Mint Hill (Summerwood) is a great community but has been sold out for about a 3 weeks now. In that community, a tricked out floor plan like this would've been in the $700ks. Great video, thank you! Love the swooshing yellow arrows, so cool! My favorite plan by Empire is the Hampton with the 3 car garage. The Chandler model at Summerwood is pretty awesome too. Awesome how you share all price points!

Really nice floor plan. Could you get those shutters removed from the second floor overlooking the dining room and living room so that is open?

I agree. TI like this floor plan because it's not as cookie cutter as some others. Yes, you can have those shutters removed.
