I have been having unusual heart beat since February and severe candida for years I’ve been going to the doctor for help since then. Last week it was really bad so I went to the ER they ran ECG and blood test. The test came back the doctor said I’m fine and there is nothing he can do for me. I asked for the test went home looked at the blood work test it shows NEUT ABS is abnormal 1.4 should be 2-7.5. I went on Utube to find what this means found this video. Now here is my answer and the stupid doc sent me home without help. Thanks Dr. Berg.

Sugar fuels both candida, and also cancer. Look up candida diet, what not to eat. It took you a long time to get sick, it also takes a while to detox and strengthen and purify your body. You will look and feel many years younger as you do. Look up a video called: why I drink apple cider vinegar everyday. Learn about body ph. When we are acidic, we are fertil territory for diseases to thrive. When we are not acidic, disease cannot be. Even negative emotions make the obody acidic. Pretty easy to remedy, once you understand how this all works. I add 1 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water, and drink that several times a day. Even helps me with digestion. I do love it. Kind of reminds me of water with a little fresh lemon juice, no sugar at all. You can thinly slice a lemon, or a lime, place in a jar, and fill with water. Leave in the fridge overnight, and drink that all day. Refill the water once, and drink that too. Very helpful and tasty. ADD NOTHING ELSE, NO SUGAR AT ALL, NO SWEETENERS.

This makes so much sense. For the longest time, I have wondered how people who lived before our food supply got so toxic ended up with arthritis and other diseases that wouldn't normally happen on a low-sugar, clean diet. They certainly had traumas and stressors back then that would have triggered those diseases. I still attest that we have FAR more disease and illness per capita since the Industrial Age due to the toxins in the environment and the refined diet that has been pushed out to the masses than our forefathers experienced. We now have too much synthetic estrogen (i.e., endocrine disruptors) in our everyday lives. We need to start by keeping the petroleum in the ground. Thanks for the great video, Dr. Berg.

Ms Junior Bee As dr berg mentioned, cortisone is naturally produced by the adrenal glands. However, prednisone n other forms of cortisol are synthetic, used to make more profit. However the high dose cortisol shots may upset the bodies own cortisol balance, even if the use natural cortisol. The synthetic form r worse. Many ppl r reporting a reversal of arthritic symptoms, including rheumatoid arthritis with Moringa herb. Stinging nettles , vit b3 (niacinamide), bone broth, gelatine n Boron also help.
