I think TASM 1 could have been great if they took the darker route for spidey and made it a revenge story. The lizard part felt shoehorned in and he looked like a goomba from the mario movie. TASM 2 was just hot garbage.

The amazing Spiderman was a good movie, the second one was mediocre but I never really understand why people dig Tom Holland’s movies so much. The actors have done a really good job at scenes but Never really liked them. Just fast cheap action scenes, No real material, forced story, over complex scenes, over advanced technology in movie, no meaningful scenes, I bet as if people had an alternative to the current spider-man, these movies will get what they truly are

"The Amazing Spider-Man" was okay. Definitely rough around the edges with its story though the acting I did like. It's VFX matches the films quality, being okay, but this film has 1 of the best cinematography of any Spider-Man film. Now, TASM2? Now that's what you call a disappointment because man, they did not do "The Death Of Gwen Stacy", 1 of the greatest comic storylines in the history of literature, justice. I really don't like that film.

I remember playing Shattered Dimensions, Edge of Time and this game in the summer before the release of our favorite Spider-masterpiece. This game has a special place in my heart. Arkham-like combat, weird swinging, yellowish colour scheme, a little amount of suits, 300 comic books that give you anxiety. It may never be a masterpiece, but this game is good in its own way.

I enjoyed this game. The swinging was fun combat was fun, the story was.. unique, I like the idea of Spider-Man in a zombie like apocalypse and I feel like it was executed well. The only thing I kinda don't like was how empty the open world felt after you 100% it it just feels lifeless and soulless I feel the crime should have kept happening in the open world to give that spice. The voice acting was good the characters actually convey emotion. Spider man losing his powers was good idead, but they should have maybe have you be powerless for longer before actually gaining your powers back, it would have been cool if Spider man had to use his wit and intelligence to win fights sounds cool but overall this game was fun solid 7/10 Great video as always btw.

I liked the movies , they great in their own aspects. I like the tobey maguire ones more. But i do see some good things from andrew garfields ones. Tobey maguire has so much amazing lines that i still remember to this day. The amazing spiderman games though not as great as insomniacs spiderman, Spiderman 2 ps2, Spiderman web of shadows, etc... but they are decent.

Finished this game on the 3DS a while back and I have to say, it is THE EXACT SAME game, minus the open world. It really is amazing, there's a port of Edge of Time on the 3DS that's also the same.

I had to subscribe. The editing and the commentary is just amazing. I hope your channel grows. That being said, I honestly quite liked the game but saw a lot of downsides. It's really cool how you can web stunned enemies to walls and ceilings. The special animations for the last takedown are also really cool. But, the fact that you have to escape out of a fight just because someone has a gun doesn't feel right (thankfully they changed that in TASM2). The web-swinging is also quite bad and boss fights are really boring and repetitive. But, overall I quite liked the game. The story was great, the graphics were amazing for the time, the OST was fantastic, the suit is literally still my favourite and a lot of the combat is nice. So, it's a good game, unlike the successor, which is just horrendous. The movie was also amazing imo. I never understood the negative criticism. TASM 2 movie was bad quite bad imo but the first one was perfect. Honestly, it's still my favourite Spider-Man movie. I still remember watching it when I was 7 at the cinema. I absolutely loved it

You know what the worst part is? If you’re playing Xbox 360 and PS3 console or PC versions of the game if you didn’t get it before the MCU Spidey got in, you only get half of the game’s content. The dlc content includes a Lizard Rampage mode with the Maguire Attire/Raimi suit and a Spider-Man celebration dlc featuring the Legendary Stan Lee as a playable character. The only way you can get these content is by buying the WiiU version of the game: The Ultimate Edition, basically the WiiU port is the definitive edition.

Before I watch this I thaught the amazing spiderman was ok but Ive seen so many people who hated it that now apparently love it now that public opinion has changed its refreshing to see someone say its still disappointing because my mate who took the piss out of me for not minding it now says its one of his favourite spidey movies 😭 (tbh I mostly enjoyed it because the theter was mostly empty with only a few groups and we moved to an empty block so we could take the piss without disturbing anyone we did the same with the Godzilla movie that had Brian Cranston and another group sat with us and joined in sometimes a mediocre movie in a mostly empty theater is a good time)

The amazing Spider-Man 2 game is actually really fun. Sure the combat is samey but the story is pretty good, the web swinging is the best it's been because you control the direction with the left or right trigger which makes it feel more realistic instead of just pressing one button, the costumes are cool as hell, and the jokes are.... Well they're corny, not Spiderman corny. Just like... Very cheesy corny.
