Clint Ober "Started" telling people the benefits of Earthing/Grounding 20 YEARS ago!!!💯💯 Clint Ober 100% deserves FULL CREDIT. Most vid's on Earthing/Grounding NEVER even mention Clint Ober!!!!!! For more than 20 years, Clint Ober has dedicated his life to improving the health of everyone on earth. In 1998, after a successful career grounding systems in the cable television industry, Earthing pioneer Clint Ober began investigating the potential to improve human health with grounding.

Yes, grounding does have anti-aging effects. My Ex-girlfriends father is 73 years old, and he looks like he's 50. He's a farmer and was always covered in dirt and always walked barefoot on his property when he got home.

I have fat pad atrophy under my feet and metatarsalgia, ie that my forefeet are flat. I am very sensitive in my skin under my feet , maybe because of the atrophy and I try to stimulate my muscles and skin in my feet by walking barefooted on grass everytime it is possible, every day, and I would love to wear barefoot shoes because I think they are much better for our feet. But I am very unsure if it is good for my feet when I have fat pad atrophy. It is really hard for my feet to walk on concrete but I hope that my feet gets stronger when practicing. I do exercises all the time, because I cannot accept that my feet cannot aprove so I will be able to walk normally again. My real problem begins when the winter starts because I cannot get my very wide feet into normal shoes, and I hate that my toes are squeezed together, but it is not possible to find footway that have space for the toes . It is only barefoot shoes, that I know of. Thank you Emily for your fantastic videos. I learn so much from them.

Anyone know about stone floors?
@ruexcited2WholeHearted
@ruexcited2WholeHearted 5 жыл бұрын
I would say that if the the home is built on a concrete pad and the stone is laid directly upon that, the ground connection would be pretty good. However if the stone is laid on wood subflooring and the home has a basement or crawlspace, then the floor would be electrically isolated from any ground,

Hi. I desperately want to reap the benefits of earthing, but unfortunately I have no access to naked ground around where I live. So I got an idea and I want to know if it will work. What if I make necessary water-proofing on my building terrace, grow lawn grass there and walk and spend enough time on it, will it still give me the same benefits? I am very curious to know if this idea will work. I am eagerly waiting for your answer.
