You want us to compare TEN job descriptions to come up with common keywords and phrases? That’s crazy. I search all week just to find a hand full of jobs directly related to my career and experience even with applying for roles outside my field that my skills transfer well to. I also use AI to help match my resume to job descriptions then use it to pull keywords and help customize a resume and cover letter… that alone can take a few hours. It’s a tedious time consuming task to submit to just one role. I work at it 5-6 hrs a day. Still to get auto rejection letters at midnight on a Saturday. I’m constantly reaching how to beat these systems, which is why I’m here on a Sunday evening
