Audi Quattro was the first car from Audi to combine an unmatched "Quattro" all-wheel drive system with a turbocharged engine that was unlike any other vehicle. The Audi Quattro was a big deal for the road and in motorsports. It was the first car to take advantage of the FIA-changed rules that allowed the use of four-wheel drive in rally racing. From there, the Audi Quattro and other cars with the Quattro name became motorsport legends in various disciplines, such as Trans Am, IMSA GT, and DTM.
