Loki fell into a black hole in the first movie and the dark elves in the second film uses actual black holes as fuel and weapons. Even Heimdall was able to destroy ships that use that level of energy. The dark elves also existed before the big bang and before time so you could also argue they have inaccessible speed. The plot for the second film was that they were going to use the ether to destroy the universe as they wanted the universe to return to a state similar to how it was before the big bang. Thor even before awakening was stated to be one of the strongest Gods around. He should also upscale Odin who can turn his wife into multiple stars and move those some stars a long distance away. You could even somewhat scale Iron Man to Loki as, in the first Avengers film Loki did not want to fight Iron Man but was willing to fight Cap. Spider-Man should definitely be light speed as Electro’s electricity was states to outright move at the speed of light by Marc Webb. This Electro was also amped by the arc reactor from Iron Man 2. Spidey should also be multi city block level due to his scaling to pumpkin bombs and Sand Man. Wanda was stated to be able to destroy the multiverse and surpass the infinity gauntlet which according to what if can also affect things in all universes and was going to destroy the multiverse as well. The infinity stones in the MCU are also insane as they were able to introduce the concept of time in a realm that didn’t have it.

You are wrong about the avengers speed. NO they do not travel at light speed actually they don't travel anywhere near even 1/10 light speed Here's a good example why Ultrons beams are the same as Tony's just in a different form and they were slowly moving while QS was running but what no one seems to point out is that there was a bullet also slowly but surely moving while the beam was moving That bullet looks to be from a pistol which travels at most Mach 2 And the beam was moving about 5 times faster than that So i would probably scale them to Mach 10 or Mach 15 at most

Yeah, that was a misuse of scaling. Cap's body and Black Panther's armor aren't the same.
