No they think that because it was well planned and executed, he was very calm and he evaded police for like a week, they still wouldn't have even gotten him by now if that random McDonald's employee hadn't decided to report it, they were looking for him in Atlanta and had nothing on him besides his face (if that was even him, still not enough to tie him to the crime), by comparison the guy who tried to kill Trump was caught immediately after.

Yes, but it's uninformed for a reason. It's not there as an option, but for lack of a unanimous verdict, or to explain a unanimous Edit: with a bit of research, I found that it isn't a right, as one cannot invoke it. As such, it's why the court isn't compelled to inform about it. It _appears_ to be there, as a precedent to protect jurors from giving a verdict in conflict with their opinion, otherwise there's reason they could be held in contempt 🤔. Interesting stuff.

Jury nullification isn't a right, it's a consequence of other rights. Jury's can't be punished for their verdict, defendants can't be tried again for a crime they've already been acquitted of, and a not guilty verdict from a jury can't be ignored by the legal system. Nowhere does it say you have the right to just ignore the facts of the case and give whatever verdict you feel like, it's just that no one can really force you not to do that.

Guy that played a lot of pokemon here: one of the most used moves on the Pokemon Breloom is "Bullet Seed" a move that shoots Plantseeds like Bullets at the opposing Pokemon. The Murderer is obviously a Breloom Copycat. Copycat is a Pokemon move too btw.

You can't just buy a suppressor in the US and you cannot buy one in NY. Any legal suppressor would have to be registered with the ATF. Pistol suppressors are harder with a Browning action. I would wager very few pros thought this guy was a pro.

Brelooms is a grass pokemon. You could consider him aligned with mother nature or the planet. Breloom learns technician which increases damage of attacks under 60 by 50%. Bullet seed is an attack that hits 2-5 times but has a relatively low potency which gets increased by Brelooms technician for each individual hit making his bullet seed the strongest in the game. He only shot twice because the united healthcare ceo was water type and was KO'd after the first two hits.
