Hey everyone, Mobile Home Masters here, back with another awesome mobile home tour video! Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This is the BADDEST mobile home on the market right now! This is a 47x76 mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is Deer valley Homebuilders, the model name for this home is the "Kairos." This mobile home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This home has the coolest layout i've ever seen. I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.
Contact us anytime for information at cdcollier@regional.ms.
If your in TN and wanting to contact the dealership this home is at, please send me a email and I will get you in touch with them.
We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”
Be sure to subscribe to the channel and hit the notification bell so you will know when we post other videos like this.
Also, if you enjoyed will you like this video and leave us a comment!

FINALLY! Somebody got it right by putting a "Guest 1/2 Bath" up front! That way guests will not be walking through or even close to the bedrooms! Also, like the ceiling air vents! Gotta keep those things off the floor.

LEGION 4wermany I’m a home owner of both site built n a double wide. I bought a 2017 model brand new 3bed n 2 bath for 70,000. It’s on a permanent foundation. I put a driveway n walkway down n a nice flower bed. My home now appraised for 90,000. Like I said I have both. I love em both. Mainly my double wide because it’s brand new

@@h.e.r9368 Go to trust pilot and find out just how long they last. Google search reviews on specific models and brands. Look at the responses from the actual companies, who admit their troubles with these things, and then go and check out the lawsuits. These things aren't worth $200,000 unless using 2x8's and you're selecting your own drywall, hardwood floors, and roof. Even still many people have problems with leakage and mold because of the way they are put together upon arrival. Honestly, if you're going to spend $200,000 just build a barndominum with 2x the square footage.

hopeangel1970 my husband and I bought one on a half an acre and it was built in 2004, we absolutely loved our home! It was all energy efficient and had no problems with anything at all! When we went to sell it we sold it for double what we paid because it was that nice, the home inspectors were amazed at how well everything checked out and we passed with flying colors! We bought a 2 story stick built home and I HATE it!!! All I want is my beautiful manufactured home back!!😭😭😭 so the plan is to now buy a lot of land to have another manufactured home built because we loved ours so much compared to stick built. Ours was built in Washington state by Fleetwood homes. I can tell you by my experiences that I’ll go with a manufactured home any day of the week!

If its sitting in a trailer park, yeah. If its put on a foundation/basement on an acre or more, different story. All I've lived in are modular homes, we sold for more than we bought. They're built like regular stick built homes, in a controlled environment(rain, snow, hail, none of that delays building the home) at a more rapid pace n brought to you, completed.

I don't know if set up is as high as 25K but , don't know if it's not either , sounds high though. I would think 5 K would cover it. Im in Oklahoma, bought a new 1850 sq ft. doublewide made by Solitaire Homes in 1995. I got a show home they reduced price on because it was almost a year old and was a show home on their lot but still never lived in. I paid 50k and that included moving and set up. Solitaire is the top of the line in mobil homes in my area. That give ya and idea of the inflation . . . . WOW ! What part of Texas ya in ? I grew up in Amarillo , Tx. Oh, btw , site built homes have gone crazy lately too. I looked at one the other day 2500 sqft. rural settng with only 1/2 acre . . . . 393K Prices have gone up around 50% in the last 5 years !

I really like this home! I usually like a foyer but once we got on inside it wasn’t as big of a deal as I thought! I wouldn’t have thought of that black cabinet above the stove/microwave but it really worked! It gave it perfect contrast, as if it was a wooden vent cover. Great use of space! More cabinet room by not putting the microwave elsewhere to take up another cabinet. Love the back porch & the access from Master! But overall, the Master Bath, just perfect! Grossly overpriced is an understatement. And what most people don’t realize is that’s just the base price for this TRAILER. You also have to add on the cost of transport (at least about 15k for multiple sections), well and septic, and the cost of land if you don’t already have it, also have to pay the electric company to bring service to the home. Once it’s all said and done this could very easily cost 300k plus! NOT WORTH IT.

I would prefer wood tone cabinets (matching the mantel) instead of black. Also, 2 of the bedrooms have 6 ft of clothes pile, but a 30" door, sliding side by side doors would be better, easier access to all the clothes on the pole. Other than that, lovely!

It an absolutely beautiful home. Love the porch and kitchen with pantry. The Master bedroom and bathroom is Incredible. The price is very steep for a base with no extras.

I've started to see more an more these Homes with what you have here in the kitchen floors be thru out the home ... Meaning "No Carpet"! Carpet to me is the worse !! There is a Laundry List of problems that go along with them that proves in a long run will end up costing you more and especially make you wish you went with those Wood floors per say! With the Vacuum cleaner systems these days that can clean your floors you home can smell and "BE ACTUALLY CLEAN" Unlike carpet which lead to more dirt, dust, dander, etc ... In other words long story to short "Give Me No Carpet Please"!

I agree, carpet is dirty and I would want wood floors throughout the home, except for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, in those rooms I would want tile floors.

I would like the front porch to be wider. Or left off to have a front porch built onsite. I agree the sink should be in the island too far from the stove

The house felt closed in or like a maze when you first walked into the living room. The backsplash in the kitchen is clashing with the countertop. The island base is already dark so to give it visual contrast it makes more sense to lighten the island countertop. Use the same countertop to make it look cohesive. The bathroom sinks also look dated. Under mounted sinks are timeless designs-square sinks in the bathroom makes it appear to have more space.

There where things I really liked like having two porches one the front one I would keep open the back I would screen in. I like homes that have a den that makes a great TV area leaving the living room for entertaining or for quiet stuff. I really like having a half bath for visitors. I don't like mixed color cabinets I like white ones. I have noticed that some of the utility rooms don't leave room for a freezer that is a deal breaker for me.
