Welcome back. I am at American Home Centers in Belgrade, MT looking at the Pinehurst 2505 Custom built home that is 30' x 76 for 2,242 sq ft of living space.

Love the diagonal tub and kitchen island diagonally and family room. Love the natural color of the cabinets and nice big closets as well as double pantries. Fourth bedroom for an office.

Holy bananas! Finally, one with the perfect layout! I used to have one that is the original layout in the top diagram. But the bottom diagram is perfect! They should make one standard of the bottom layout, like in the home in this video.

Thanks for that! I was editing this with Raiden here and helping him get around after having an ingrown toenail removed. So I couldnt remember if I did the 3 bedrooms.

I like that you have the mud room, but I would make it a little smaller and take out that entry hall tree thing. Make the back pantry smaller so the master closet can be bigger. I also like the fact that all the floor vents are not under the windows except for the living room and master bedroom. Put in a stand alone tub in master bathroom and it would be the perfect home !!! Shout out to Kit Homes, builders and American Homes. ❤❤

Super nice home! Love the mudd room, I'd have a standard door. Let's talk about that island, in my opinion, too big, it takes up too much space, but I'm a symmetrical person, I'd put a horizontal island in to open the space up a bit. The pantry!! NICE.

Love that shower, and the floors. The double pantry is a dream. Love the customization. The only thing disappointing me is the lack of counter space for the coffee pot and microwave and toaster. What little space there is is on either side of the sink that I use to wash dishes 😆

Barn doors are out of style!!! Nice kitchen. Love the pantry. The flex room i would either do a den or a diningroom. Good size secondary bedrooms closets. Ooh i never thought about that with the vents. Learned something new today! Dont like water heater in closet. I dont knpw why they cant put all that stuff in the utility room. Primary bedroom is very nice. Like the shower. That glass in the shower the railing in my church, was made with the same glass. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour! My favs are Champion,Kit Homes, Palm Harbor homes. Are the ones i like.

Love the mudroom! Not the barn door but that mudroom is amazing! Ooh, love the cabinet color with the countertop! Super nice island! Nice pantry and utility room! Whaaat?? Another pantry?? Love that!! Awesome so far! The bedrooms and closets are great sizes. The master bed is the perfect size! Love the master bath! The shower and tub are gorgeous! I absolutely love this one! Thank you for explaining the vents in the floor v the ceiling. I'm from England so I didn't know the difference. I love the entrance and the mud room, especially the barn door, I love those. Lovely home. I'd change some of the colours of wood, tiles etc but the overall is very nice. I'm not sure about the taps on the bath, I think I'd have to stand in the bath to turn them on and off 😂. I'd definitely add a removable shower head. Great storage with the two pantry. I like the sliding patio door, but I don't like the double doors into the family room. They remind me of 1960's or 70's old cabinet doors. You called those lovely big windows in the living room "bay windows" in the UK we call bay windows when they come out and around, either curved or with 3 sides (I'm not sure if I explained it right). They sometimes have a big ledge inside or a bit of extra floor space for a chair or table.

Only major negative is the water heater inside the master closet instead of in a closet of it's own. I would request to have it put in a closet with a door inside the very Big pantry behind the laundry room.

Personally I’d delete the mud room for office and actual closet at the front door and then the second pantry add a half bath. Rest is very nice

The mudroom is much better than a closet! I like the layout of this house and the arch in the windows. I don't care for the island. The extra huge pantry is a nice surprise. I like the glass in the doors to the den. The master suite is nice, but the water heater in the closet is a no no. The bathroom has a very pretty tub & the shower is gorgeous; the tile is beautiful with the seat and the little window. All that's missing is a fireplace.

Again location of Vents is purely a choice of the specific manufacturer and in most cases is less expensive to run in the floor instead in the walls or ceiling.

Well I know they are doing two stories so I would like to see a Tri Level or quad level you know 6 steps up to bedrooms & 6 steps down to the Den or extra bedroom & bath & utility room & office & kitchnette

That wood looked orange in your video. Would you say that is accurate?

No it's not Orange. Unfortunatly the editing program I use did a major update and now I am trying to figure out the new color adjustments and havent got them down pat yet. I try adjust so there is a good contrast between the colors along with adding some brightness to it, since I don't use a light unless it's dark. Sometimes the video is dimmer than it should be. The software used to have a brightness adjustement. They incorporated that into another adjustment and that one tend to over emphasize some of the other colors now. It will take a few weeks of playing with it in non pulished stuff to get it down again.

This was filmed in Belgrade, MT. KIT homes are available in the Northwest. They are built in Nampa, Idaho. For the Wisconsin area I think you can get Bonnavilla homes. I have filmed a few of them. If you search my channel for Peirce Homes or Bonnavilla you should find some of what I filmed.

I don't care for the kitchen layout or the cabinet colors. I also don't like the layout of the master bath. Mudroom is great and having two pantries is awesome. I also don't like the transom windows in the master.

Small master closet for this size home and no linen closet by bedrooms. The master bedrm wall freaks me out! Ugly Master shower wall!!! Hate them old fashion Block Windows.

I give that size when it's the only info I have. If I have the info that shows the size not including the closet I give that info. But as a general size the closets are 2 1/2 to 3 feet deep. but without that info I choose to give what I am provided with, instead of guessing.
