The mace 360 is a great exercise to build shoulder strength, core stability and even coordination! That's why we incorporate this exercise often in our group classes and personal training sessions at Lions Den SMP. In this video, Coach Joel will discuss some of the basics of this movement so you can start to incorporate it in your own fitness.
