What a thoughtful, intelligent, and good-hearted man. If I ever become Muslim, I have to believe it will have been because of the example of Dr. Qadhi and a few others like him... changed my view of Islam completely.

Alhamdolillah we are getting the opportunity to answer the call of Ibrahim AS. I am trembling listening to Sheikhs lecture...oh Allah bless all our brothers and sisters with the the ability to perform and the reward of Hajj. To all my brothers and sisters, I prayed and prayed and prayed to Allah to open the doors and provide a way for me and my partner to answer this call. Dont doubt your salah performed with patience and dont give up wherever you are, whoever your are, whatever you have done...Allah is All forgiving and if he calls you no power can stop you and all provisions will be made for you to go inshallah.

I definitely enjoyed the more realistic and human approach. For someone with social anxiety, these are definitely questions/fears I’ve had about hajj but didn’t know who to ask without sounding foolish. I think hearing more about logistical stuff would be amazing

جزاكم الله خيرا كثيرا Such important topic, for a Muslim to respond to call of Allah SWT and Ibrahim AS to come to Allah SWT and establish His religion and ideology over all Ideologies. It is so important for tour operators and Ulema to train for pilgrimage. To be truthful not to lie. To not hurt anyone with language or physically. Hurting or pushing a Muslim for Hajre Aswad, Tawaf, Sai, Mina, Arafat, Jable Rahmat, stoning Shaitan, is much greater sin than kissing a stone or circumbulating stones or throwing stones at stones. And if remain disciplined and patient caring for fellow Muslims will make these same acts the greatest Ibada and forgiveness for all sins. Not stealing be graceful to customers. Not talking obscene or coming near obscenity, having self control and respecting, females, young and old. Not indulging in useless arguments, disputes. Learning have to fulfil your responsibilities in communal large gatherings, keeping your environment, bathroom, streets, Mina, Muzdalfa and Arafat clean, as cleanliness is half of Iman. This will prepare you for Jihad and fighting the Mushrikeen, Kafirs, Munafiqs and atheists. This will give you opportunity to learn about Muslims of other regions, their problems, challenges as Palestine and devise a common strategies and means of confronting them. Performing every ritual with it's history, meaning and purpose. The Haram is secure for every human, animal and plant except Harmful and those who fight you causing corruption. Sai is the effort necessary to make to see your Zam Zam flow. The Tawaf is circumbulating all around your life with Allah SWT as aim in this world and hereafter. Prepare your needs and most importantly Taqwa, get protection in Commands and Forbidding of Allah SWT. Only two shrouds to wear for preparation for death in cause of Allah SWT. Preparing to give your life, children and wealth and time for Allah as Ibrahim AS did. Even leaving care of your hair, nails, adornments as in battle field. Mina is preparation for hereafter and stoning the Shaitan that comes in your way and Allah's Command. Arafat is like the plain of Hashar be the ones who will have no fear nor will grieve. Muzdalfa is your commitment and preparation to stone Shaitan again and again as he will not leave you alone till you die. And continue your لبيك even when you return home.

Dear Sheikh, what is your opinion on women going to Ummrah in a group without Mahram. Obviously Hadj is not possible but what about Ummrah? Jazakum Allah kheyran
@مصباحبنتتسنیم8 ай бұрын
At the time of the prophet Muhammad alaihi as salaam Hajj Pilgrims didn't have to pay anything to the government or to anyone except the transportation cost,Food cost or if they rented someone's house there in makkah for their stay n that too to the house owner. They didn't have to like Pay 4k Saudi riyal for a mina tent booking and all the cost which makes hajj like 3.5 lacs(indian rupees) costly.Which is so so high,a person can have an international trip in a way cheaper than this amount. Saudi government will give excuses that we do this we do that,the point is who has asked them to do these things for pilgrims if it's gonna cost pilgrims so much in their total hajj cost. Pilgrims don't have so many facilities in their homes in the first place why should they be spending for few days facilities which they don't need or cannot afford? Many people in the world who eagerly want to perform hajj do have enough money to Pay for their flight tickets and rent a house or a hotel room in makkah and to pay transportation fare in makkah and food obviously and udhiya, which collectively costs around 70000 Indian Rupees,obviously I'm considering here middle class family,Richies can book a room in clock tower but lower middle class people too has sufficient money to do hajj if they have to pay only on the things where it genuinely needs to be paid. As when we go to any other country for an international trip we don't have to pay in lacs we just pay in the way I've mentioned above. Saudi government should make hajj as easy as any international trip is i.e getting visa for hajj from embassy/consulate without any agent or online hajj visa booking which may cost nominal charge here it should be assured that it is nominal like the cheapest visa of any other country,pilgrims booking their own flight,renting an accommodation in makkah on their own which is online nowadays and the booking can be shown to Saudi authorities before getting a visa issued so no one would be creating a rush during crowdy season of hajj and those who just want to stay in makkah for hajj days (5/6) Will not have to book a hotel they can just perform hajj n leave,which can be monitored, As for the tents government provide in Mina,it can be charged a nominal charge 50 Riyals per person or something would do.
