Interesting Fact about this song: This song was originally written back around 1968. Their direction of music began to change, Brian had less involvement in writing the song. Ultimately, the group held together but decided to write this as a commemoration of enduring this hardship. It was never released and shelved for later albums. Almost a decade later, Brian continued to cause a rift within the group. They dusted this album and released this. They were still popular with the public but they were swimming in a lot of other problems.
