That’s the character Gladys Ormphby from Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In played by Ruth Buzzi. Laugh-In was a big success back in the ‘60s and ‘70s, so seeing Gladys hitting Mike Love with her bag was like a huge nostalgia trip.

@@MrTonyS.2 Sorry but it's not Dean doing the Falsetto but Phil "PF" Sloan and Bones Howe Jan's engineer. I lean towards J&D. But Brian had been singing since birth basically so I'm sure his Falsetto is more polished. Dean has/had his good days and bad. But when he's on he can really Wail .

"That woman" is Ruth Buzzi, a very talented and famous comedienne at the time who was a veteran of one of TV's most popular variety and sketch shows, Rowan & Martin's Laugh In. Ruth popularized the character of Gladys on Laugh In, and she continued to play Gladys in guest appearances long after Laugh In was no longer on the air.
