Here's our reaction to The Bear 2x9! This one was HIGHLY anticipated!
Everyone keeps telling us to watch this show. So we finally got around to it!
Join us as we follow a young chef, Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto, after he inherits his family's Italian beef sandwich shop after the suicide of his older brother. He comes home to Chicago to run it, leaving behind his world of working in a Michelin star restaurant. He is left to deal with his brother's unresolved debts, a rundown kitchen, and an unruly staff, while dealing with his own pain and family trauma.

There's an episode where Carmy tells Claire about wanting to design Dickies, but someone had beat him to it he was referring to designer Thom Browne. The actress who plays Sydney is the face of Thom Browne, so tying in Carmy getting Thom Browne to make Sydney a chef's jacket is chef's kiss 😊

The middle is boursin cheese, a soft cheese and herb mixture, its an awesome way to level up a regular french omelet. That and the sour cream and onion chip crumble are revelations fa show.
