Just a great song and again proving the Beatles were so ahead of their time and the best band in the world . They not only influenced their own generation but all the generations since. We will never see their like again and their music will last forever .

Absolutely True!!! The FIVE MEN who wrote these songs were amazing. The FIFTH BEETLE (George Martin) was the Intellectual Force that taught them music theory. And then the FIVE BEETLES took a wonderful band and turned into the GOAT of ALL BANDS!!!
@michaelorenstein9165

@@larryking2697 Gotta disagree with you a bit. Martin allowed them to define and assign words to what it was they were describing to him, but they simply had the innate ability to put music theory to work in their song writing and instrumentation. Yes, the GOAT!

Everyone is being unnecessarily rude. We are all here because we love the Beatles. This video clearly says fan made it's a theoretical illustration of what the song might have sounded if played in front of a live audience. There is a certain aesthetic to this video. If you don't like it a simple dislike will suffice but there was clearly love and passion put into this.

John could also have a change in heart. Perhaps, if he had lived, he might have thought of it differently, in time. Say, he's 46, doing an interview on mtv, and is like, "ya know, I just heard, And Your Bird Can Sing, the other day. Sean was playing it, he really liked it. I thought to meself, hey, it's actually quite good, ya know. It's another one I may re-record, at some point. I mean, why the fook not".(laughs) Or something.

The song's guitar theme is a double lead which was recorded with George playing one lead, while Paul played the other. Playing either lead by yourself is fun. I think I read that, not realizing that the double lead was played by two guitarists, Joe Walsh taught himself to play the two lead parts simultaneously.

Tastefully done! Really - I needed to hear this song, with the reactions of the audience. Regardless, this song has never been performed live. It is effective and this divergence in rhythm to 2.04 - which you have achieved - gives a sense of a live performance. I wished - the music was louder, regardless of the fact that live, the audience always "clamped" the Beatles. Thanks for the good work - a dream come true - to fantasize. Great song - and great photo. You have good, refined taste :)

Great mock up. I saw The Beatles on their final North American tour in August 1966 and I would have loved seeing them perform this song. Well done.

Are these criticisms serious? Take it for the bit of fun it's clearly meant to be. It takes us true fans on an enjoyably wild ride down memory lane. thanks. (PS true Beatle fans know they never played anything LIVE after Rubber Soul until Let It Be) Peace and love.

Tell me that you've got everything you want And your bird can sing But you don't get me You don't get me You'll say you've seen seven wonders And your bird is green But you can't see me You can't see me When your prized possessions start to weigh you down Look in my direction I'll be 'round, I'll be 'round When your bird is broken, will it bring you down? You may be awoken I'll be 'round, I'll be 'round You tell me that you heard every sound there is And your bird can swing But you can't hear me You can't hear me

Great job with whatever you were working with as source material!! Gave a very good idea of how loud the crowd was -- while still letting US hear the song. One thing which is impressive Beatles performance-wise--all four beatles start the song at the exact same time without any count in. I think it was john who made some kind of noise (one?) and they all started playing about a second later. They were incredible live, so tight musically. That gets lost because they spent their last four years as, in John's dismissive words, "recording artists" and not playing live very often. Here's some live stuff from their later years--check out how cohesive they are--All You Need Is Love; Hey Jude; Revolution (seriously, you'd think this was lip synching to a recording); Roof Top (duh). Thanks for the song, always been a fav, the double guitar lead is so good.

This live recording is false. The Beatles never played "And your bird can sing," live. They didn't perform any songs from Revolver during their last world tour in 1966. Another reason this recording is false is because you can hear them.

The Hey Jude and Revolution videos were hand synching. They were miming to the prerecorded instrumental backing. Only the vocals were live.

@@libraryquiet it is NOT presented as a real live recording. It clearly states that. It is a fantasy live recording. Clearly stated.

Their biggest complaint about performing live was that they couldn’t hear themselves. A song as complex as ‘And Your Bird Can Sing’ would have been a train wreck in Shea Stadium.

@@us-Bahn I agree. Even a real train wreck wouldn't be heard at a Beatles concert.

I always thought Paul's bass -line wasn't prominent enough. Especially in early studio albums. Notice how great he sounds here.

Yeah Paul always thought his bass wasn't prominent enough on every song. Even one's that didn't require a bass 🙄
