I just want to commend all of you in Spiritbox for this wonderful piece of music, and what might be the most creative rock track I’ve heard in forever. It is absolutely beautiful in it’s haunting vocals and in the composition going along with the vocals! So much so that I nearly got chills. The way the electronic elements blend with everything else such as the crunchy Bass Tone to form this calm, melodious (but ready to turn on a dime) aspect to the track, but then you throw in a dash of the unclean vocals, and switch into a metal mode (while still retaining your calm elements afterwards ) and it’s just a perfect blend of a calm sea and a raging sea. What I’m really trying to say is thank you for this beautiful work that will appeal to music fans all across the board. People who like to chill out and contemplate the music they listen to, but also bang their head and rage along to it too. It’s got something for everybody, which is what makes it so enjoyable! Best wishes to you all!

Posted December of 2021: It's surreal to look back at the beginnings of this band. This is a pretty good song, with a good mix, and a pretty good vocal performance. Compared to what they are doing today, this is primative. This band went from pretty good to absolutely incredible. The song writing, the riffs, the production, and Courtney have all grown by leaps and bounds. Even when they go back and perform this older song today. If you're coming across this video and haven't seen the Sirius XM live version, go watch it. It is an exponential evolution, just in this one song. As a lead guitarist, I've always thought vocalists to be the most overrated member of most bands. Not in this case. Courtney has gone from pretty good vocalist to an absolute master of her craft. A modern metal virtuoso. There is not one utterance that leaves her mouth that is not under 100% control and completely intentional. Spiritbox is the best metal band in the world. - Sincerely, a gruff, burned out, long-time music industry veteran who hasn't been this blown away by a band since 2013.
