While It's great to have an inspiration, don't get too set on the physique. Since It's determined by genetics, you more than likely won't achieve the same look. Best to just stay consistent with your workouts and focus on improving every day. As long as you can handle making your workouts progressively harder and you eat right, you will eventually reach a physique you are proud of. Even if it wasn't the one you had in mind.

I started Calisthenics last year March. Despite my struggles I managed to learn handstand along the way. Desperate to gain more, I eventually injured my shoulder countless times. Nowadays is clicking whenever I rotate it, I got rounded shoulder and bad flexibility. But the greatest struggle I faced thus far is the inability to regress back. Unable to see myself getting better everyday demotivate me, making me wanted to give up everyday. I always wondered why is this happening to me and is just painful... But I ain't giving up now, I ain't gonna give up on something I love doing. Now I'm slowly fixing my shoulder issues, doing hybrid training with weights to fix my posture and weakness. Wish with Great Luck. ✌️
@louisn9084 Жыл бұрын
Did you warm up in every session before your training? It’s very important warm up 10-15 mins before trying any calisthenics move. I see a lot of people don’t warm up because they are lazy or they just don’t have enough time to workout. That’s a very bad habit and will only slow your progress.
