This is a historic document - Designer Mart closed probably not long after this (hence the reference to the new store) for the Block 37 demolition...old-timers would remember the building as Hillman's Stop & Shop (part of the original sign visible at :19). I loved the State Street of this era! Can't wait for the Wild Chicago DVDs!!
