RECIPE FOR BAKED OATS:
choc lava cake:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
BLEND
pour into oven safe bowl, add Lindor to centre, add chopped choc to top. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out and have the best time everrrr!
biscoff white choc:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
BLEND
pour into oven safe bowl, add white Lindor (or any choc) to centre, cover. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out and drizzle with melted biscoff. Have the best time everrrr!
carrot cake:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
BLEND
add 2 tbsp grated carrot and 1 tbsp sultanas / raisins (optional)
pour into oven safe bowl, add cream cheese mixture (1tsp cream cheese, bit of ricotta or greek yog & 2 tsp maple syrup) to centre, cover. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out and drizzle cream cheese icing (cream cheese, maple syrup and milk) and peanut butter. Have the best time everrrr!
coffee cake:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
BLEND
pour into oven safe bowl, add dark choc to centre, cover. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out and drizzle with coffee icing (cream cheese, coffee, maple syrup). Sprinkle brown sugar or coconut sugar on top. Have the best time everrrr!
Strawberry cheesecake:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
BLEND
pour into oven safe bowl, add cream cheese mix (cream cheese, ricotta or greek yog, maple syrup) to centre, cover. Add strawberry jam to top. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out and add strawberry and crushed biscuit . Have the best time everrrr!
Easter egg:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
mix dry together then add wet.
pour into oven safe bowl, add square of choc to centre, cover. Bake for 18-22 mins (less for gooey texture, more for cakey). Take out after 15, add mini eggs and easter choc. Put back in for another 3 minutes. Have the best time everrrr!
Peanut butter chocolate:
- 60g oats
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 160ml milk
