Recipe:
-1 cup vegetable oil
-1 cup maple syrup
-½ cup soy milk
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-2 cups flour
-1 cup cocoa
-1 ½ cups sugar
-2 tablespoons baking powder
-½ teaspoon salt

We had so much fun #Baking these #Vegan brownies! It is one of he best brownie recipes I've ever had. I love vegan chocolate sweets because most of the time you cant even tell that they're vegan! This is something my sister can eat because she is very sensitive to dairy.

Here are some tips since i tried it myself a couple times: where i live they don't sell maple so i replaced it with melted sugar and works just as well, but it needs far less than the recipe says: instead of 2 1/2 cups in total I used 1 1/2; also the baking powed is way too much, if you don't want the brownies to come out just as cake, I'd use just 1 tbs, and fot the batter itself, it was way too dry! I added 1 1/4 cup of water (vegan milk works fine too) and finally got it to the right consistency! Hope this helps! They turned out amazing!
