I made this last night alongside your aubergine ravaiya and wedding dal, and it turned out great (in fact they all did)! The caramelized brown butter taste in this butter paneer is so unusual and delicious 😋 Thank you so much for all your recipes!

You Sanjana are a great chef. great recipe, loved the incorporation of brown butter and agave. Just my 2 cents, white poppy seeds and melon seeds along with cashews can add extra lush to your already magnificent recipe.
