And also kasuri methi is called dried fenugreek leaves in english, might be easier to find if you look for it under that name.

He bhagwan! Guys, I am from Noida, India. My mom used to make the dish with similar taste, but shes not with me now. As i took a bite with the naan i ordered from the local restaurant tears came out and i almost started crying with Nostalgia. i am in love with this woman. i now cook indian 2x per week. it had taken me for ever to get here as i never had the confidence of making a full meal. now i also make something for myself alone during the week after work. some dishes require no more than 15 mins. i strongly recommend her book...even if i use her youtube channel a lot, because i have my computer in the kitchen. i am based in london and can find all spices, but if you can't just order them on Amazon. now i am going to make this

I gave it a go! A very luxurious and crowd-pleasing dish! Thank you so much for posting this Chetna! One little snag I ran into is that double cream doesn't really exist in America. Instead I used heavy whipping cream, which contains slightly more water. So, I gave it a couple of extra minutes on low heat to evaporate the extra moisture.
