I will always recommend a full warranty for like 4K to go with the car the pump steering would have cost me $1800 but only costed me $250 and the only reason that went out was because I was doing donuts(on my channel)

I like the way you think. My personal favorite "lurk flex" were those Walmart $11.88 watches that displayed both date and day of the week and a microscopic "JAPAN MOV'T" under the 6 on the dial face. There were only 2 fairly "Plain Jane" models of them in stainless or gold plated finishes that were salted very sparingly amongst the other "blingy" Chinese crap with painted on fake dials and other shiny nonsense so beguiling to the weakminded. Thing is though, that "JAPAN MOV'T" turns out to have been a genuine Seiko quartz movement, the very same used in their own pricey name brand offerings costing well over 10x as much. Sadly, I haven't spotted any of those sleeper models in those racks lately. Sure, they ain't Rolexes and their almost Amish styling would impress noone. But _you'd_ know they were better than "semi-decent", and they last forever. I've got a couple now on their third or fourth batteries. If you do spot one of those fairly plain-looking watches with both date and day of the week in those ultra-cheapo racks at Wallyworld, give it a try. Go for the stainless instead of the gold plated. It'll look nicer longer.

Stay away from the c6 S6 I’ve owned this car worked on it myself. It’s very very underpowered compared from the competition unless you can work on it yourself the money you’ll spend is Insane. Bought one for 15k with 50k miles 44+ service records and one owner was in great condition and already spent over 8k in maintenance and if you want mods you can only do exhaust, intake spacer,light weight pulley, and ECU/ TCU tune. And you’re not even touching 500 hp after all of that and maintenance. There’s a super charger over $10k but still no proof or evidence of it actually driving. You’re better off getting a a c7 s6 with a twin turbo v8 upgrade inlets with a RS7 and a tune and you have a newer car. Reliable engine and way more fun and power. After getting spanked by a b8 s4 the only complement I got is it sounds nice and it’s rare lol 😂

Idk if it’s delivered in the us but in Europe we have the Lancia thema 8.32 It is a v8 from Ferrari downtuned to 205-225 hp in a fwd manual sedan if you really want to be unique it’s also delivered as a station And the sound is awesome All this for 10k-20k

Here is how to actually own an exotic car. Buy any car you can get a 15-20 year exotic loan for. Buy 1 mileage tamper cable about 1200 bucks. Plug it Into the car. Drive it for a year or two. Unplug cable and sell the car to get your money back.

It's cheaper to get a capable v8 and build that then it is to work on a v12 I'm js some people are going to bite off way more than they can chew with this video. Those mercedes are 5-12 grand for a reason some having 80k miles seems good right!? Bro has the worst car reccomendations all of these "cheap cars" will land you in so much debt. Also the 8 series engine is not at all related to the F1 motor. The F1 engine is a complete bespoke head and block. In fact they used the F1 engine and cut it in half for the 2nd gen European e36 m3. Get your facts right.

My father has been a mechanic for almost three decades, having worked on plenty of them; he would not recommend that anybody should touch that generation of S6. The manifold inlet cracks very easily, and any engine maintenance on the car requires the whole front face to be taken off before the engine can even come out. Gasket issues are the final nail in the coffin for what is otherwise a very nice car with a lot of potential.
