I did this and all available for track bar and long arm on front and adjustable rear arms. Very happy but it does make driveline noisier.

Yeah solid joints in place of bushings always increases vibration and noise. I haven’t put them on my track bar but all my control arms have them already.

Awesome vid bro. You can tell the work/editing you put into these vids and it makes a huge difference in quality.

@@engineeringoverland How do they hold up? I have 3 year old IRO adjustable short arms on mom's stock height daily driver WJ. 3 years later of road driving and they're junk.

Nice, informative. Hated having to adjust volume for the annoying choice of noise.

I appreciate the feedback. Always working on improving. Different headphones/speakers seem to make a big difference in the volume levels.

Also did it come from that place in Shakopee where I bought my lift kit that I still have to install?

Well done. How’s it working out ?
@engineeringoverland Жыл бұрын
Thanks! Still going strong. Not a single issue.
@phennig20032 жыл бұрын
I thought you were suppose to assemble it then install like the lift? Not the case?
@engineeringoverland2 жыл бұрын
The problem with assembling it beforehand is you would be pressing it in by applying pressure to the ball joint rather than directly through the sleeve. I believe if you use the kit from IRO you insert only one metal plate first, but still wouldn’t assemble the entire joint until after the sleeve is pressed in.

Not saposta be centered?
@engineeringoverland2 жыл бұрын
Nope. You might think so, but it tapers from a smaller diameter to a larger diameter so it only presses up to the point of the larger diameter. The factory bushing is also off-center.

Thanks for the video :) Dude get yourself a propane tank top garage heater. Best $50 you will spend if you have an unheated garage.
@engineeringoverland3 жыл бұрын
Once I move, I plan on getting some source of heat for the garage. I hate working in the cold lol.
