Well just ordered it and they changed the design and you can't rotate the end of the winch for the clutch release

Keep in mind they have the 2S and 2S Plus. I have the 2S Plus which has a slightly different design. But regardless, the clutch end should always be a planetary gear system and can always be rotated.

Hi just wondering will exhaust that say they are made for one of the turbo models, can you use them on the NAV?
@engineeringoverland
@engineeringoverland 9 күн бұрын
I believe the exhaust systems themselves are identical, but the bumper covers/tips are different. So you will likely run into issues there unless you use an exhaust that keeps factory tips. I'm sure it doesn't take much modification either way.

I own 2023 Nissan Rogue 2.5l basic model, and based on my experience, I can say the following: - gas consumption is excelent at 110km/h , 55l = 800Km 10% city/ 90% on highways meaning 6.8l/100km . The best I have is 6l/100km at 100km/h. The worst ...9.5l 60% city traffic . Stability, no problem. Snow, rain...excelent Sport mode...crazy Offroad...very good Now, during my life, I had many cars and I was impressed by two models. One model was a G500 class from Mercedes and the second was an Audi Allroad 2,5 diesel. I will say that for our needs, today, Rogue offer a very good balance between cost and quality. Before I have decided to buy the Rogue, I did test Subaru Outlander, Toyota Rav 4 and 4 Runner. The reason I choose to buy the Rogue was the balance as I said and everything I need as functionality I received.

Yeah, everyone needs rock sliders for driving down paved roads, protection from what, insects? Id get it if you went offroading, but you dont. This whole build makes no sense. Why didn't you just buy a prius or something more accommodating to your driving style, just looking for acceptance in attention seeking? Good luck with all that naive sweetheart.

A bigger pro is to save those hundreds of dollars and rock mountain house meals/MREs and canned foods grab a jetboil with a few cans of fuel and a big jug of water and save all that space time and money😁 if you are one that needs cold drinks get a small coleman cooler and freeze 10-15 bottles of water and add your choice of cold drinks and it all will stay cool for several days. But i get it to each their own lol

I have the 2017 Rogue SV AWD. They came with those touring tires, within 5 days of purchase those tires came off and the largest off road AT "truck" tires that would fit went on, gave the brand new touring tires to the tech for free. The AT truck tires was the best decision ever with 100% handling performance gained.

I ran both Tru Tracs and Norseman tires back in the day. I'm excited to see them back, but their website does not list tire weight. Tire weight is a primary design criteria that I look at when choosing tires.
@engineeringoverland

I agree weight can be a big factor for power/mpg, but also keep in mind heavier tires keeps more weight low to the ground which can be beneficial for low speed crawling.

It's a shame that Armstrong is focusing on the BroDozer market with 20 inch wheel sizes instead of the real offroaders market where 17's are the go-to size. I'd buy a set of these if they were available as a 37 or 38 for a 17 inch wheel.
