My favorite combination of cheats from San Andreas. Lock Wanted Stars at 0, Less Pedestrian Spawns, Lock clock at 00:00, foggy weather and pedestrians riot. Made the game feel more like a survival horror game.

i had so much fun with floating cars when you hit them in SA too. fun cheat codes should always be present in GTA games, especially crazy world affecting ones, such as riots. GTA IV was great, but not in this department. they screwed up big time... Luckily V was a bit better again. I never knew it even had cheats! Riot Mode combined with weapons in GTA 3 is quite fun, except the 'invisible' snipers shooting you randomly. At least, in the original game, these people seemingly never had their weapon out, but they would take huge chunks of your health.

Dude!!! Best cheat is to spawn boats on the sidewalk! They spawn above people and then drop to the ground and crush them. Huge spurts of blood. Drop the boat between the demented swing set and the fence and climb in before it launches. Pure gold
