Collagen masks are known for their immediate effect. They remove wrinkles and fine lines and deeply moisturize the skin.

Recipe and Ingredients:
Peel 1 small beetroot.
Cut into 2 halves.
For the first recipe, grate 1/2 beetroot on a fine grater.
Put the beetroot in a clean glass.
Grate 1 medium carrot.
Add the carrots to the beetroot.
1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers.
Add 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
Put the oil in a water bath.
Heat the oil for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Stir occasionally.
Strain the oil through medical gauze.
Fill into a suitable storage container.
Can be stored in the cold for up to 2 months.
Apply the oil to the face, neck, and décolleté.
Can be applied all over the body! On all relaxed body parts.
Massage until the oil is absorbed.
Apply daily!
To prepare the collagen mask, take the second half of the beetroot.
Grate on a fine grater.
We need 3 tablespoons of beetroot juice.
Add 1 tablespoon of powdered gelatin.
Heat in a water bath until the mixture liquefies.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly for a few minutes.
Apply to the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté.
You can also apply the mask to your hands - it will rejuvenate them!
You will see immediate results - after the first application!
Do not apply to the eye area.
Let the mask dry for about 20 minutes.
Peel off as shown!
This mask removes facial hair!

I understand this video is about skin applications, but, FYI.....Beets and carrots are generally very nutritious and can be added to fruit smoothies. But don't peel them. Scrub them well with running water, then cut them into a suitable portion size. Then freeze the portions in a plastic baggie and later thaw the needed portions for each smoothie; which makes them much softer for grinding in a blender. Thawing them in microwave oven is quick and easy, or you can just transfer the portions to the refrigerator the previous day. Olive oil and ground flax seed are also healthy ingredients for a fruit smoothie.

Carrots and turnips chopped together? I could eat that as a meal. My mother would make that especially for me. Just noticed. Each is a root vegetable. Hate radishes. Don't like lettuce. La RECETA se ve que es buena. Yo usé por mucho tiempo el ACEITE de Oliva para la cara. Pero unido con el jugo de la REMOLACHA se puede usar para la cara y dejarcela varias hora. No mancha. Muchas gracias y muy agradecida por la receta de VENEZUELA
