I've been using the f-20 airtouch for quite a while. Is a great seal you have to get extra cushions but since I get over the VA I get them for free.

Because it delivers the best results for me, I use the ResMed F20 and while I used the Air Touch Memory foam now switched back to the silicone F20 for one reason. Cleaning the silicone F20 is a breeze but the Air Touch Memory Foam is really impossible to clean. If you have an effective technique, please let me know.

I love the Air Touch F20 but it leaves red marks and even a blood blister on my nose. I have it loose on my face. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. 🥺

Hi! Here are some tips that might help: Fit and Placement: Even if the mask feels loose, ensure the cushion is properly aligned with the bridge of your nose. A good seal shouldn't require over-tightening. Size Check: Make sure you’re using the correct mask size. An ill-fitting cushion can cause pressure points, even if the straps are loose. If you’re unsure, you can use a sizing guide or contact us for assistance. Cushion Condition: Check the memory foam cushion for wear or damage, as it can impact comfort and sealing. Replace it every 30 days, as recommended by ResMed, for optimal performance. Use Mask Padding: You might benefit from using a mask liner or padding to create a barrier between your skin and the cushion, which can reduce friction and irritation. Skin Care: Keep your skin clean and dry before using the mask, and consider applying a gentle, non-oily moisturizer during the day to soothe any redness. If the issue persists, we’re here to help you explore other options or find accessories to make your experience more comfortable. Let us know how we can support you! 😊

I forgot another issue with the Air Touch Foam, I am on Medicare and Medicare only allows one mask per month partially because cleaning this mask is difficult at best, I found that I needed three masks every two months. Meaning I paid roughly $60.00 for the extra masks.

I just got the F40 because I leak through my mouth - don't breath through - I have a beard and have found wearing the F40 I'm getting lots of leaking. Any advice please?

Hi! Mouth leaking can be challenging, especially with a beard. Here are some tips that might help reduce leaks with your F40: Mask Fit: Ensure your mask is fitted correctly. The F40 has an adjustable fit, and sometimes a simple adjustment can make a big difference. You might need to experiment with tightening or loosening the straps to find the perfect seal without being too tight. Mask Liner: Consider using a CPAP mask liner. These liners can help create a better seal and reduce irritation from the mask, which is especially helpful if you have facial hair. Beard Care: Keeping your beard trimmed or using a beard balm can help manage the facial hair around the mask, potentially improving the seal. Humidification: If you aren't already, using a humidifier can help keep your airways moist, which might reduce the urge to open your mouth during sleep. If these tips don’t fully resolve the issue, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance. We're here to help you find the most comfortable solution! 😊
