Do you think pasta should be cooked 1-2 mins under before baking?

Yes, do watch the video as I’ve categorically said that don’t over cook the pasta. It should be Al dente (still firm when you bite it) when you take it out of the water. When you add it to the sauce, again it’s barely cooked as the cheese is added after turning the flame off. And then it’s baked. Frankly baking is done more to get that crusty top and to intensify the flavours 😋❤

So should I cook pasta 2 mins under the cooking time mentioned on the pasta packet? I cook pasta often, italian cuisine is by far my favourite. So I should know how to cook it properly I think😋🥹
