When can I commence after radiation in taking my anti-oxidants like, multi bits, fish oil and other anti-oxidants tablets after my radiotherapy? Thank You
@yerbba8 күн бұрын
Research suggests it’s generally safe to resume antioxidants like multivitamins, fish oil, and others after completing radiation, but timing matters. Some oncologists recommend waiting a few weeks to ensure treatments have fully done their job without interference. Check with your care team for guidance tailored to your specific situation.

Most of the time I do eat good but sometimes I need some bad food like fried chicken French fries
@yerbba8 күн бұрын
Everything in moderation is key! Enjoying treats like fried chicken or French fries occasionally won’t undo a generally healthy diet. A life without our treats would be a sad one indeed! Balance is what matters most.

Is Coconut milk bad for cancer patient??
@yerbba8 күн бұрын
Coconut milk is generally safe for cancer patients, even during treatment, as it provides healthy fats and nutrients. However, it’s calorie-dense, so moderation is key.
